Sunrise Village

Welcome home to Sunrise Village at 500 Parker Dr. located in San Marcos, Texas. We are a one-story apartment community designed for independent seniors. We hope you immediately feel our sense of community, peace, and comfort. We value our residents and do our best to make you feel welcome at your new home. We have paved walking paths throughout the community for those who enjoy some fresh air. We also have two indoor common areas with full kitchens. You are welcome to enjoy our selection of books, puzzles, and games. You can also come watch tv or movies in the main indoor common area. Residents have the pleasure of enjoying each others company at our social events here at Sunrise Village. We serve coffee every morning, have movie nights, potlucks, and monthly birthday celebrations. We love getting together for outings at least once a month here at Sunrise Village as well. Some places we have been include Wimberley Glass Works, Golden Corral, and the Austin Aquarium. Additionally, we offer free scheduled trips to Wal-Mart, HEB, and the local Community Action Center via our Sunrise Village Shuttle.
